How did I end up here?

I started my career at a major marketing agency in Cairo, where I was always drawn to storytelling through visual imagery. It felt natural to pick up a camera and dive into this creative field.

I began my journey in photography shooting nightlife events before moving on to high-end parties, celebrity bashes, portraits, and weddings across Egypt.

Over the years, I worked with major brands including Microsoft, Vodafone, Pepsi, and Mercedes, travelling across the country and creating unique visual content that brought to my clients visions to life.

Then Covid hit.

Hours before the national lockdown, I took a gamble and travelled to Dahab on The Red Sea - South Sinai, hoping to ride the pandemic out by the ocean.

Little did I know it would transform my life.

For the next two years, I immersed myself in freediving, exploring the world underwater with a single breath. This experience has shaped my approach to photography, changing the way I see light, movement and storytelling and pushed me to become even more creative with my imagery.

I now split my time between Cairo and the stunning coastline of The Red Sea, indulging in extreme sports and capturing photographs whenever I can.

When I’m not behind the lens, you'll find me cycling with a rucksack full of camera equipment alongside my two honey-coloured dogs, Biscuit and Sugar. Rescued from the streets, they adopted me, and we've been a family ever since.
